These reports are intended to give individuals and businesses a view of the Central Arkansas Commercial Real Estate market. It is important for people to be informed about their local real estate markets. I will give a monthly update of sold and active commercial property in Central Arkansas. All of the reports will include active and sold Commercial and industrial land, and buildings. The report will not include leased commercial property. All of the information gathered is from the Central Arkansas Multiple Listing Service. I include Cabot Arkansas, Jacksonville Arkansas, Little Rock Arkansas, and North Little Rock Arkansas in my report.

Sold Commercial and industrial property= There were 6 properties sold during this month. All six of them were sold in the Little Rock Area
Sold Commercial and industrial lots= There was only 1 industrial lot sold during this month. That lot was sold in North Little Rock
Active Commercial and industrial property= There are currently 130 commercial and industrial properties on the market in these areas, ranging from $12,500 to $2.9 million.
Active Commercial and industrial lots= There are currently 87 active commercial and industrial lots available in these areas, ranging from $17,000 to $7.4 million.
