The Real Estate Market in Cabot Arkansas
Contrary to some of the national news coverage, the real estate is not that bad in Cabot. Sure there has been a slow down from last year, but Cabot real estate has not gone down the tube. Let's take a minute to look at some of the pros & cons of Cabot real estate as of September 6, 2007: Pro's: Our company alone has had over 200 closings this year. That is just slightly behind in sales from last year. Property values are still increasing through out Cabot and Lonoke County. New construction sales are still steady through out Cabot. Some sellers are still getting full price for homes in the area.

STRONG HOUSING
Con's: New homes are continually being built faster than they can sell. Homes are staying on the market longer than they were a year ago. There is a decrease in the amount of sales from last year to this year.
There are several other issues that can be touched on, but these are some of the major issues. Thankfully, we have not seen the sharp decline in the housing market as other areas in the country have.
