Cabot Arkansas Homes That sold for 250k and Below

I have decided this year I am going to go more in-depth with my market reports and try to cover different real estate areas and prices.
This particular post has to do with the number of Cabot Arkansas homes under $250,000 that sold in 2007. Anyone who has read my reports know that I compare the subject year to the previous year. For this post I am going to give homes sold in 2004,2005,2006, and 2007. This will give you a good look at the market for homes in this price range. Here we go:

There were 864 Cabot homes sold in this price range

There were 961 Cabot homes sold in this price range

There were 877 Cabot homes sold in this price range
There it is there are the stats for homes under 250k for the past four years. You can see that last year was no worse than 2004. Nobody was talking about a terrible housing market in 2004. This year will be interesting to keep up with and see what the numbers are. I will keep up with homes in the price range among others.
