New Homes for Sale in Cabot Arkansas
In my last post I focused on an update about active homes for sale in Cabot Arkansas. I have decided to go in depth with my market reports this year, so I wanted to take the last post a step further. The objective is to help potential Cabot Arkansas home buyers see what new construction homes are on the market and to help builders see how many new construction homes are on the market.
What am I going to do? I am going to give a break down of new construction homes that are actively on the market. I will give a total of new construction homes on the market and then break down how many homes are in each price range. This report does not include homes that have an escape clause or are taking back up offers.
The Break down
There are currently 241 Cabot homes constructed in 2007 or 2008.
There are 19 New construction Cabot homes priced 100k or lower.
There are 110 New construction Cabot homes priced between 100,001-150,000k
There are 46 New construction Cabot homes priced between 150,001-200,000k
There are 19 New construction Cabot homes priced between 200,001-250,000k
There are 47 New construction Cabot homes priced at 250,001k and up
Conclusion
This report includes Austin & Ward Arkansas and areas surrounding Cabot, but still in the school district. My next five blog posts will be a further breakdown of these price ranges. I will list average time on the market for each one, Average price, and Average price per square foot. After this series I will break down existing homes in the same mannor.
