This post I will be focusing on new Cabot homes priced between $150,001-$200,000. On the first post there was 46 homes in this price range. Now there are 43 homes in this price range. Here is the breakdown:

The average price for these homes is $173,182
Average Price Per Square Foot
The average ppsft. is $96
I have two more price ranges to complete this series. After the completion I will give a summary of what I have noticed throughout this breakdown. I have not completely made my mind up, but I think after the summary I will begin a series of new homes that have sold. This should be very beneficial to builders and to buyer, enabling them to see new construction homes that have sold in the past six months. I will breakdown price ranges like I have in this series.
