New Homes in Cabot Arkansas Part 5
This is a continuation of a series I have been doing about newly constructed homes in Cabot Arkansas. The first post of this series is at this link, Cabot Arkansas.
This post is focusing on newly constructed homes in Cabot between the price range of $200,001-$250,000. At the time of my first post there were 19 new construction homes in Cabot. Now there are still 19 homes in this price range. Here is the breakdown:
Average Time on the Market
The average time on the market for these homes is 107 days.
Average Price
The average price is $224,336
Average Price per square foot
The average ppsft. is $101
My next post I will focus on homes priced at $250,001 and up. Then I will give a summary of what I have noticed throughout these updates.
One thing that I have noticed is the average price in each specified price range is normally right in the middle of the price range. Imagine that. I think the price per square foot and average time on the market can be helpful though.
The average time on the market for the actives will be real helpful after I focus on a series of new homes in Cabot that have sold. Then you will be able to see the average time on the market for the ones sold and compare with the active ones. I will get into more depth on this during my summary of this series and in the introduction of the new homes sold in Cabot series.
