Cabot Arkansas Real Estate Update; New Cabot Homes That Have Sold In the Past Six Months

This is a new series focusing on new construction homes that have sold in the Cabot area over the past six months. This is a follow up series to a series titled "New Homes for Sale in Cabot Arkansas", click on the link to view it.

Just as in the previous series, I will start with a breakdown of five different price ranges and then break down each price range into further detail each part of the series. I chose to back six months because that is the normal time for going back to do market analysis. The starting date will be August Fourth 2007. Here is the break down.

The Breakdown

In the past six months there were 107 newly constructed homes sold in the Cabot Area.

There were 14 newly constructed Cabot homes sold in the 100k or below price range

There were 64 newly constructed Cabot homes sold in the 100,001-150,000 price range

There were 18 newly constructed Cabot homes sold in the 150,001-200,000 price range

There were 6 newly constructed Cabot homes sold in the 200,001-250,000 price range

There were 5 newly constructed Cabot homes sold in the 250k and up price range

I will continue the series highlighting the first price range listed and break down the homes sold. I will list the average price per square foot for the price range, the average time on the market, and the average sales price. In the first series the average price was generally in the middle of the price range. We will see if it is the same for this series. Be sure to view our monthly Cabot real estate update on our home page. Click on the link. The monthly update gives a general update of the Cabot real estate market month by month.
