Cabot Arkansas Real Estate Update; New Cabot Homes That Have Sold In the Past Six Months #6

Here we are. Already on post six of this series that focuses on sold new construction homes in Cabot Arkansas and the surrounding areas. If this is your first time reading this series you may want to get caught up on the goals for this series. The first post for this series will help explain everything. This post will be focusing on new construction homes that have sold in the Cabot school district priced at 250k an up. The six months will be six months from the beginning of this series. The dates are August 4th 2007-Feb. 4th 2008. In this time period there were 5 newly constructed homes sold in this price range. Here is the breakdown.

The average days on the market is 104 days

The average sales price is $327,700

The average sales price per square foot is $114

There was a home that skewed these results. One out of the five homes was sold before listed and had a market time of zero days. With that home thrown out the average market time for the four remaining homes was 130 days.
