Active New Construction Homes in Cabot Arkansas Between 100-150k
During the past two series that I have completed, the 100-150k price range has had the most active new construction Cabot homes in it and the most sold new construction Cabot homes in it. To view the active Cabot new construction homes series that I am referring to click the link.
I want to break down this price range in further detail. I will break it down in increments on 10k. Here it is:

This is a current break down of active homes on this date. This does include homes that are located in the Cabot school district. That includes Cabot, Ward, Austin, and other surrounding areas.
