Sold New Construction Homes in the Cabot Area Priced Between 100k-150k
My last post focused on active new construction Cabot homes sold in this price range. To view it click on the link. This post is focusing on sold new construction homes in the Cabot area.
Here are the new construction homes sold in the past six months (Aug.29 2007-Feb.29 2008):

120-130K 14 113 89
130-140K 9 128 91
140-150K 12 129 94
The higher up in price, the longer days on the market for this price range. Looks like the most homes sold in this price range was between 110-120k.
