Existing Home Sales in Cabot Arkansas
This is the second part of a series that is covering existing home sales in Cabot Arkansas. The first post on this series can be found at this link. The first post highlighted existing homes sales in the past six months of homes priced 100k or lower.
This post will be focusing on homes priced from 100k-150k. On this post and the rest of the posts in this series I will break down each price range into sub-categories and prices. I will show you what I mean in this post. The dates on this post and all of the posts for the six month period is Sept. 19 2007- March 19 2008. Here is the break down:

Cabot Homes sold priced 130-140k 18
Cabot Homes sold priced 140-150k 17
It looks like homes priced between 100-120k are the one that are selling the most. I will break down the next price range further if there are a lot of homes sold in the price range. I hope these reports are helpful for residents and potential residents to see how the Cabot real estate market is performing. Next post will focus on homes priced at 150-200k.
