Homes that Have Sold in Cabot Arkansas
This post is part of a series that I have been focusing on Cabot Arkansas homes. This series is focused on existing home sales in Cabot Arkansas. I have went back six months from the time of the first post and listed the number of homes sold in each price range.
The dates for the six months is Sept.19 2007- March 19 2008. The price range that this post is focused on is homes sold in Cabot priced 150-200k. Here is the break down:
There were 54 Homes sold in Cabot during this time frame.
Here is a further break down of this price range.
Cabot Homes priced from 150-160k 11
Cabot Homes priced from 160-170k 7
Cabot Homes priced from 170-180k 18
Cabot Homes priced from 180-190k 10
Cabot Homes priced from 190-200k 8
For some reason the top sub catagory in this price range was homes priced between 170-180k. I can not explain it, but that is what the numbers show. It could be that there are more active homes in that price range. My next post will be focused on homes priced between 200-250k.
