Last Post on Existing Home Sales in Cabot Arkansas
This is the last and final post about existing homes that have sold in Cabot Arkansas. I have posted several post over the last few days that highlight homes that have sold in the past six months. To view any of those post go to the home page of my Cabot real estate blog.
This post is going to focus on homes sold in Cabot priced 250k and above. These are homes that have sold in the past six month of my first post on this series (Sept. 19 2007- March 19 2008). Here is the break down for this price range:
There were 17 Cabot Homes sold during these dates.
Nine of the seventeen homes that were sold were priced between 250-300k. This is a tough price range to be in right now. Yea, there were 17 homes that sold in this time frame, but right now there are 124 homes for sale in this price range. That is really not a good average. I feel anyone in this price range buying a home or selling a home in the Cabot area should be aware of what the statistics show. My next couple of posts are going to focus on Magness Creek subdivision in Cabot.
