Blooming Ridge in Cabot Arkansas
Ocasionally I will be posting market reports for different subdivisions in Cabot Arkansas. This post I have chose to focus on Blooming ridge subdivision located in the south side of Cabot. Normally this subdivision is a strong area in terms of sales and listed homes.
I am going to list the number of homes sold in the area this year to date and the number of active homes in Blooming Ridge. I will compare the sold figures to the past two years to get an idea of how this year is compared to previous years.
Homes Sold in Blooming ridge this year Jan.1-April 4 2008- 8 homes sold
The Average days on market for the sold homes- 36 days
The number of Actively listed Homes in Blooming Ridge- 7 homes
Homes Sold from Jan. 1 -April 4 2006 Homes sold from Jan. 1- April 4 2007

It appears that Blooming Ridge is holding up well in this real estate market. The only numbers that may be a little skewed is the average time on the market. Out of the eight homes that had sold there were some that were listed for over a hundred days and some that were listed for under five days. If you are wanting to sell your home in Blooming Ridge, I would not expect it to sell in a month. Three-to-six months would not be unreasonable though.
