Cabot Arkansas Greystone Market Update
If you have read my last two posts, you would know that I have begun to do market reports for individual subdivisions in Cabot Arkansas. The last two posts focused on Blooming ridge subdivision and Magness Creek subdivision.
This post is going to focus on a little higher priced Neighborhood in Cabot. Greystone will be the focus on this report. I thought that it would be good for people and myself to view market reports for higher priced subdivisions and middle class subdivisions.
I will list the number of Greystone homes sold in the past six months, the average time on the market, the average price per square foot, and the number of active homes on the market. Here we go.

Thought Blooming Ridge and Greystone are kind of hard to compare due to the size of each it should give you an idea of how homes are selling in each subdivision.
