New Cabot Arkansas Market Report Format
I was talking with a locally respected builder today and he gave me an idea of something I can show in my Cabot real estate market reports. He explains that if I show the number of active homes on the market for a given price range and then show the number of homes sold in a month I can break down the percentage of sold homes to active homes. I told him that I would be willing to give it a try.
I am going to break down the number of sold Cabot homes to the number of active Cabot homes in the 90K-125k price range on this post. Here is the break down of Cabot homes in this price range and the number of sold homes one month from the date of this post.
Active Homes 90-125K 156
Sold Homes 90-125K (March 9-April 9 2008) 28
Percentage of Sold homes to active homes 17.9%
Next month I will post the same format and see if the percentage has changed any compared to this month. My next post will be the same format only focused on homes price between 125-175K.
