New Format for Cabot Real Estate Updates #2
This is the second post of a new format I am trying for real estate updates in Cabot Arkansas. The purpose of the new format is to show what percentage of active homes sell in any given month. I have four different price ranges that I will be focusing on. The last post focused on homes priced between 90k-125k and can be found here.
This post is going to focus on Cabot Arkansas homes priced between 125k-175k. Here is the breakdown:
Active Cabot Homes on the market (125k-175K) 177
Sold Cabot Homes in this price range (March 9-April 9 2008) 28
Percentage of Sold Cabot Homes to active homes 15.8%
This price range percentage is approximately 2% lower than the 90-125k price range. It will be interesting to see the next price range 175K-225K. That will be my next post.
