This post I will be focusing on Cabot homes priced between 175-225K. The time frame will be March 12 - April 12, 2008.
Number of Active Cabot Homes 106
Number of Sold Cabot Homes 8
Percentage of Sold Homes to Active Cabot Homes 7.5%
This percentage is considerably lower than the previous two price ranges that was mentioned. The next post will focus on Cabot homes priced 225K and up.
