This is the last post this month with this new format I am trying for Cabot real estate market reports. To view the first post of the new format click on this link. The first post explains the purpose of the new format and gives you a starting point to read.
This post will be focusing on Cabot homes priced at 250k and above. I will go back six months from the date of this post for the sold homes in this report.

Percentage of Sold Cabot Homes to Active Cabot Homes 1.6%
This post and the last post shows that the percentage of sold homes to active homes dramatically decreases the higher the price range increases.
I like posting this new format because it shows the active inventory compared to the number of sold homes in each price range. I will continue posting real estate updates using this format. Next month I will post this same format and compare it to this month.
