This is the second post on a series that is attempting to show how the new construction market is doing in Cabot Arkansas. This post will be focusing on new construction homes in the Cabot Arkansas area priced between 90-125K.

I will be listing the number of active homes within this price range and the number of homes that have sold within the past month of this post.

This number does not represent all of the new construction homes sold in Cabot Arkansas. Builders sell homes their selves and the homes sold do not get recorded in the multiple listing service. My next post I will focus on new construction homes in Cabot priced 125k-175k.
