The sold homes will be one month from the date of this post (March 26-April 26 2008). Here are the stats:

Percentage of sold new construction homes to active new construction homes 3.6%

These number only reflect the number of sold homes input into the Multiple Listing Service. It does not include homes that builders have sold on their own. The next post will be the last one for this series this month. It will focus on new construction Cabot homes priced at 225K and above.
