Cabot Arkansas New Construction Homes 225K and up

This is the last post of an ongoing series that is focusing on new construction homes in Cabot Arkansas. This format is designed to show the number of homes on the Cabot market in any given price range and the number of sold homes in any price range.

This post is focusing on the 225K and up price range. I will list the number of active homes and the number of sold homes one month from this post. Then I will list a percentage of sold homes to active homes to give a decent look at how the market is doing.

This number does not reflect all of the homes that may have been sold; just the homes that have been recorded into the Multiple Listing Service.

Even if this does not represent all of the homes that have been sold, a big goose egg in this price range does not look good. I thought there would have been at least one sold home in that price range.

I will continue writing updates like this one from month to month. My next post will focus on Orchard Estates in Austin Arkansas. I will just show how the real estate market is doing by showing different numbers that the MLS shows. After that I will post an April market report for Cabot real estate.
