Real Estate Update for Orchard Estates in Austin Arkansas

This post is going to highlight a popular subdivision in the Cabot Arkansas area. Orchard Estates is located just outside of Cabot Arkansas and has homes priced between 99K and 140K. The homes in the subdivision are well built and for the money are very attractive to buyers in the area.

Here is a quick look at how much homes are selling for per square foot and how long they are staying on the market.

These numbers are not totally accurate because builders can sell their own homes without recording the sale in the Multiple Listing Service.
