April Real Estate Update for Cabot Arkansas Homes Priced 150K and Below
This is just a quick look at how the Cabot Arkansas real estate market performed this past month. This post will be focusing on homes priced 150K and below. I will follow this post will one focusing on homes 150K and above.
In April of 2008 there were were 47 homes sold in Cabot Arkansas. Here is the break down in ten thousand dollar increments.
90K and below 5
90-100K 4
100-110K 11
110-120K 7
120-130K 11
130-140K 11
140-150K 4
This years April was slightly better than last years April for Cabot homes in this price range. In April of last there were 46 homes sold in the Cabot area. These statistics only reflect home sales that are recorded in the Multiple Listing Service. My next post will focus on 150K and above.
