April Real Estate Update for Cabot Arkansas Homes 150K and Up
My last post focused on sold Cabot homes 150K and below for April 2008. This post will be focusing on sold Cabot homes in April priced at 150K and up.
There were 27 homes in Cabot sold in April priced at 150K and above. That is substantially lower than the homes sold 150K and below. I will break down the price range in ten thousand dollar increments until 200K and then go up to fifty thousand dollar increments.
150-160K 8
160-170K 7
170-180K 3
180-190K 4
190-200K 2
200-250K 5
250-300K 2
300K and above 0
This price range did considerably better than last year in the month of April. Last year there were 21 homes sold in the 150K and above price range.
