Sold Cabot Homes with 1 Acre or More
I regularly have buyers that are looking for homes with at least one acre of land with them. Yesterday I was showing property to buyers that had that criteria and I became curious to how well homes on an acre or more are selling.
Currently there are 144 Cabot area homes that have one acre or more. This includes homes in the Cabot school district. For 2008 there have been 61 homes sold in the Cabot area with one acre or more.
19 of the homes sold were below 130K
14 were priced between 130-170K
8 were priced between 170-200K
14 were priced between 200-250K
6 were priced at 250K and up
