Cabot Homes Over 200K That Sold in July
Through different market reports that I have done over the months I have noticed that the major decrease in Cabot home sales has been in homes over 200K. The average home in Cabot sales for approximately 135K. Homes in Cabot priced over 200K are considered higher end homes. I want to highlight how the sales of these homes did for the month of July.
There were 15 Cabot Homes over 200K sold in July. This includes all homes in the Cabot school district, Austin, Ward, and Cabot.
In July of 2007 there were 16 Cabot Homes over 200K sold.
I went back to 2006 and there were 16 Cabot Homes sold over 200K. Even in 2005 when the market was considered to be on fire there were only 12 homes in Cabot sold over 200K.
I know this is only one month, but hopefully the higher end home sales have come around.
My next post will focus on homes 125K and under. These homes have been selling well this year.
