Cabot Homes under 125K That Sold in July
In recent months homes under a 125K have sold well. Here is a quick post of how those Cabot homes sold in July. There were 36 homes in Cabot that sold for under 125K in July. That is 42% of the total number of homes sold in the Cabot area for the month of july.
This July was down slightly compared to last years July. In July of 2007 there were 40 Cabot homes sold. In July of 2006 there were also 40 Cabot homes sold. In July of 2005 there were 44 Cabot homes sold. These numbers are all for Cabot homes priced under 125K.
