July Sold Foreclosures in Cabot Arkansas
The secret is out, there are foreclosures for sale all over the country. Some foreclosures can be excellent buys. Cabot does not have near the number of foreclosures as some towns and cities on the east and west coast. That means that many times when a foreclosure that is a good deal comes on the market here it does not last long. That is one thing that was told to many years ago and holds true when talking about foreclosures. Good deals don't last long. Not all foreclosures are good deals, but the ones that are do not stay on the market long.
In July there were 17 foreclosed homes sold in the Cabot area. The average days on the market for the sold foreclosed homes was 45 days. That is not long in the current real estate market.
