Cabot Arkansas Active Homes
I frequently try to list the number of homes actively for sale in the Cabot area. I do this for a couple of reasons. The main reason is to give Cabot home buyers an idea of how many homes are available in their price range. The other reason is to help me keep track of the housing inventory. I am wishfully hoping that the inventory will continue to shrink so hopefully demand will increase.
My last post that focused on active homes was posted on July 23. There were 523 homes on the market. Not counting mobile homes. As of today there are currently 528 homes on the market. That is a slight increase from about a month ago, but nothing to get worried about. Here are the number of listed homes in each price range:
0-100K 52
100-125K 78
125-150K 99
150-175K 72
175-200K 57
200-250K 61
250-300K 51
300K and above 58
