What Price Ranges are Cabot Homes Selling?
My last post mentioned the number of active homes for sale in the Cabot area. I want to take some time to focus on the number of sold homes now. On July 23 I wrote a post that listed 523 active homes on the Cabot real estate market. Two days ago I wrote a post that showed there were 528 homes actively listed on the market.
From July 23rd to Until August 21st there were 76 homes sold in the Cabot area. Roughly 14% of the homes for sale during that time period were sold. Here are the price ranges of the 76 homes sold.
0-100K 16
100-125K 22
125-150K 12
150-175K 7
175-200K 7
200-250K 8
250-300K 4
300K and above 0
