Sold Cabot Homes in August
This post is focusing on the number of homes sold in the Cabot Arkansas area during the month of August. It does include homes sold in Austin, Ward, and Cabot. These statistics do not include mobile homes or maufactured homes sold in the area.
There were 65 homes sold in the Cabot area during August of 2008. Last year there were 95 homes sold during the month of August in the area. August of this seen a 31 percent decrease in home sales compared to August of last year.
Those numbers of course do not include homes that were not listed in the mls. At the end of september I will post a report about the number of sold homes in September, but also a report of how this year's total home sales are doing compared to last year's total home sales.
