Price Ranges of Sold Homes in the Cabot Arkansas Area
Yesterday I posted an update on the Cabot real estate market. It focused on the month of August and how this year's August did compared to last year's August. August of this year was not to good compared to last year. Feel free to read the Cabot Arkansas Real Estate blog anytime.
There were 65 homes sold last month in the Cabot Arkansas area. The purpose of this post is to list the price ranges of the 65 homes that were sold. Here we go.
0-100K 15 homes sold
100K-125K 23 homes sold
125K-150K 9 homes sold
150K-175K 8 homes sold
175K-200K 4 homes sold
200K-250K 2 homes sold
250K-300K 3 homes sold
300K and above 1 home sold
Hopefully this will give Cabot buyers and sellers an idea of what is selling in the Cabot area. Over 50% of the total homes sold in the Cabot area last month were priced at 125K and below. My next post is going to focus on new construction homes in the Cabot area.
