Sold New Homes in Cabot Arkansas
My last post focused on sold homes in Cabot during the month of August. I broke down different price ranges that the homes had sold in. This post will be to focus on new construction homes in the Cabot area.
In August there were 65 homes sold in the Cabot Arkansas area. Of those 65 homes sold, 22 of them were new construction. Here are the price ranges the new construction homes sold in.
0-100K 7 homes sold
100-125K 7 homes sold
125-150K 4 homes sold
150-175K 2 homes sold
175-200K 0 homes sold
200-250K 1 home sold
250-300K 1 homes sold
300K and above 0 homes sold
The new construction home numbers a close to the existing home sale numbers. Cabot homes priced at 125K and below are selling better than other price ranges.
