What Price Range is the Best to Sell a Cabot Home?

Over the past six months Cabot homes in the 110K-120K price range have sold the most. There are more homes listed in this price range though. As far as ratios are concerned, the 90K-100K price range is the best price range to sell a home in Cabot. There is less supply of homes in this price range and almost as much demand as the 110K-120K price range.
