Number of Homes for Sale in Cabot Arkansas
My last post focused on the number of homes sold during the month of October in the Cabot Arkansas area. This post is going to focus on the number of actively listed homes in the Cabot area. Currently there are 501 homes listed on the MLS in the Cabot area. That number has declined from last month. Last month there were 509 homes on the market, and the month before that there were 523 homes on the market.
We are not seeing dramatic declines in inventory numbers, but enough to show promising results. There has been steady declines for the past three months now. Here are the price ranges and how many homes are listed in each.
0-70K 7
70-80K 4
80-90K 15
90-100K 19
100-110K 30
110-120K 47
120-130K 36
130-140K 44

Last month Cabot homes in the 120-130K price range were sold the most. As you can see from the chart above, this price range does not have the majority of homes listed in it. The 110-120K price range have the largest number of homes listed. The 250K and above price range also has a lot of homes listed. Out of the 94 homes that are listed in that price range there were only 3 that sold last month. That is just over 3% of the listed homes that sold last month in that price range. In the 120-130 price range 22% of the homes listed sold last month.
