Magness Creek Subdivision
I like to take time and highlight certain Cabot subdivisions every now and then. Magness Creek is a large subdivision in Cabot that is located off of highway five. There are two ponds located in the subdivision and a play area for children.
Magness Creek has two areas of the subdivision. One area is the original Magness Creek and the new part is Magness Creek North. Magness Creek elementary is also located next to the subdivision.
Currently there are 37 homes actively on the market in Magness creek subdivision. Prices of the homes in Magness Creek range from 139K to 280K.
