High End Foreclosures in Cabot Arkansas
The majority of of foreclosures in Cabot are priced 130K and lower. I have noticed a spike in the past few weeks in the number of expensive foreclosures. By expensive I mean 200K and above. I know that may not sound very expensive to people moving from other parts of the country, but here it is.
Currently there are five foreclosures in Cabot over 200K. That is a large percentage when you consider there is only 23 foreclosures in Cabot. There are a couple of nice homes out of the five that are out there. Three of the five are located in Greystone subdivision. A golf course community just outside of Cabot.
