Cabot Arkansas November Real Estate Report
This November was not a very good month for the Cabot area. Home sales were down significantly from last years November. Last year there were 60 Cabot homes sold in the month of November. This year there were only 31. There still may be a couple of homes that have not been recorded in the MLS. If 31 is the final number, there has been a 49 percent decrease in the number of homes sold year over year.

This month was a slow month for the Cabot housing market. December does not look to promising, but there will be no way to tell until the numbers come out. I hope this report helps anyone that is thinking about selling their home or has their home on the market.
