Prices of sold Cabot Homes in 2008
I have been reviewing homes sales in Cabot my last couple of posts. We have have found out that there were 820 homes sold in the Cabot area during 2008. That number does not include mobile or manufactured homes. Now I am going to break up the price ranges that those Cabot homes sold in.
This intended to help buyers and sellers see what price ranges are selling the best in the Cabot Arkansas area.
0-80K 49
80-90K 42
90-100K 78
100-110K 96
110-120K 102
120-130K 77
130-140K 73
140-150K 54
150-160K 31
160-170K 30
170-180K 32
180-190K 30
190-200K 20
200-210K 17
210-220K 15
220-230K 16
230-240K 13

250K and above 34
It looks like the 110-120K price range has the most sold homes in it. I know from previous posts that the 100-130K price range also has the most active homes on the market.
