Good News for Cabot Real Estate
I like to post updates on how many homes are currently listed for sale in the Cabot Arkansas area. A lot of time you can judge demand by the number of supply out there. Last month there were 506 homes listed for sale in the Cabot Arkansas area. The month before there were 501 homes listed.
This month there are 436 homes currently listed for sale in the Cabot area. That is a significant decrease in the amount of active homes month over month. Every economist that I have heard on TV or read in articles agrees that a smaller inventory of homes will help the market to recover.
My next couple of post are going to be focused on buying a home at a good price in this market. I have wrote similar posts in the past and have been asked to write some more about the topic.
