January 2009 Cabot Real Estate Report
All of the Cabot real estate reports last year did not include mobile and manufactured homes. I decided to change it this year and include ever residential sold property in Cabot.
This January got off to a slow start. There were only 39 homes sold in the Cabot area during the month of January. Last year there were 62 homes sold in January. The year before there were 74 homes sold in Cabot during January.
That is a substantial decline year over year. January of this year was off 37% from last year. Economist estimate that the housing market will continue to be down through this year. Hopefully the Cabot real estate market will do better next month. I will let you know next month how it goes. My next report will break down the price ranges of home sales in Cabot during January.
