Active Cabot Homes for Sale
I constantly try to monitor the number of homes for sale in the Cabot area. I believe keeping track of the current supply of homes will help to determine the demand. Last month I wrote about the number of Active homes for sale in Cabot and there were 506 home listed on the market. The month before there were 501 homes listed on the Cabot Market.
The reports that I have been doing to not include mobile and manufactured homes in the Cabot area. This month there are currently 428 homes listed din the Cabot area. That is a substantial drop in the housing inventory. Hopefully as the supply of homes drops the number of buyers will increase.
