Price Ranges of Sold Homes in Cabot Arkansas
My last post was about the total number of Cabot homes sold in Feb. I wrote that post on the second of Feb. since then there has been more homes added to the computer as sold. As of now there are 57 homes listed as sold in Feb.
Here are the prices ranges of the Cabot homes sold in Feb.
0-100K 11
100-110K 6
110-120K 7
120-130K 6
130-140K 3
140-150K 4
150-160K 2
160-170K 1
170-180K 3
180-190K 4
190-200K 3
200-210K 2
210-220K 1
220-230K 0
230-240K 1
240-250K 2
250K and above 1
The 130K and below price range is where the majority of of the Cabot homes were sold during Feb. Over 50% of the homes sold were priced below 130K.
