Cabot Arkansas New Construction Home Sales in Feb. 2009
Lately I have been lazy in writing about new construction home sales in the Cabot area. From what I have seen in my on experiences, Cabot new construction sales are down substantially. Now I am going to look at the numbers and compare this year's Feb. sales to the last three years Feb sales.
As usual I will do what is considered the Cabot area. Which is Cabot, Austin, and Ward. Below are the sales numbers.

As you can see, sales are down substantially from the previous years. The Cabot new construction sales decline is in line with the rest of the nation. There are many other states reporting about the same percentage in declines form new construction home sales.
Many economists predict that the economy should rebound toward the end of this year. I will continue to give reports on the status of the Cabot Arkansas real estate market.
