Price Ranges of July Sold Homes in cabot Arkansas
On my last post I wrote about the number of homes sold during the month of July in the Cabot area. At that time there were 102 homes that were sold during the month. Since then there have been three more homes recorded as being sold in July. Bringing the total to 105 homes sold in the Cabot, Austin, and Ward areas.
Here are the price ranges and the number of sold homes in each price range during July.

Cabot home sales above 200k seem to be picking up during the summer months. The 200K and above price range has been slow throughout the year.
