Cabot Arkansas Sold Homes August 2009
Normally after I write my report of sold homes in the Cabot area, there are a couple of homes added to the sold list. As of today, Sept. 3. the MLS is showing there were 58 homes sold in the Cabot area during Aug.
Here are the Cabot sold home numbers for previous years.

As you can tell this month was down considerably compared to previous years. Normally after I write these reports there are a couple of more homes added as sold. I will keep you updated on any changes. My next post will highlight the price ranges of Aug. sold homes.
