Price Ranges of Sold Cabot Homes August 2009
At the time I wrote my last post about August home sales in the Cabot area, there were 58 homes sold during the month of August. As of today there are 62 recorded sold homes in the Cabot area during August.
Here are the price ranges of all of the sold homes in the area.
0-100K 9
100-110K 9
110-120K 3
120-130K 9
130-140K 5
140-150K 2
150-160K 4
160-170K 4
170-180K 5
180-190K 4
190-200K 4
200-210K 1
210-220K 0
220-230K 1
230-240K 1
240-250K 0
250 and above 1
As you can see, home sales above 200K this past month were low. August this year was down substantially compared to previous Augusts. It has been a while since I have wrote a report about new construction home sales in the Cabot area. My next post will focus on the number of new construction homes sold in the Cabot area this year to date.
