Cabot Arkansas New Construction Home Sales
I have not had chance to write about new construction home sales in the Cabot area for a while. I know that I have sold a lot less new homes then what I have sold in previous years. Here are the numbers of new construction homes sold in the Cabot area from Jan. 1-Sept. 14.
Jan.1-Sept. 14 2009, 151 homes sold in the Cabot area
Jan.1-Sept. 14 2008, 176 homes sold in the Cabot area
Jan.1-Sept. 14 2007, 224 homes sold in the Cabot area
Jan.1-Sept. 14 2006, 223 homes sold in the Cabot area
As you can see there has been a steady decrease in new construction home sales in the Cabot area. There have been several builders that quit building homes.
