Price Ranges of Sold Cabot New Construction Homes
I recently wrote a post about the number of new construction homes that have sold in the Cabot area as of Sept.14 of this year. I would like to mention that those numbers only reflect the sold new construction homes recorded in the multiple listing service. There are several builders that sell their own homes without recording them.
I thought it would be interesting to look at the price ranges of the sold new construction homes in the Cabot area. Here are some price ranges and the number of homes sold within them.
0-100K 14
100-125K 51
125-150K 34
150-175K 19
175-200K 14
200-225K 8
225-250K 6
250K and above 5
Most builders have been sticking with homes in the $100,000-$125,000 price range. Those homes have been selling better in this economy and loans are a little easier to get on the smaller homes.
